Guarantee Policy
- There is a credit card required for this reservation. Guarantee must
be held with a valid credit card with a current expiration date. Any reservation
reserved with an invalid credit card number will be cancelled at 7 pm on
the day of arrival.
- Authorization will be obtained on every credit card at check-in
- Reservation is guaranteed for arrival on the confirmed check-in date
only. If you don't check into the hotel on the first day of your reservation
and you do not alert the hotel in advance, the remaining portion of your
reservation is canceled and your credit card will be charged for the first
night's stay including taxes.
Modifying Your Reservation
- Please note that a change in length or dates of your reservation may
result in a rate change.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations when it appears
that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or
under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain
or resulted from a mistake or error.
Canceling Your Reservation
- If you wish to cancel, please do so by 6 pm, hotel local time, on the day of arrival to avoid cancellation penalties.
- You must call the hotel direct and retain your cancellation number. We will not accept cancellations via email.
- Cancellation policy does not apply to contracted group blocks booked directly through hotel or
special event weekends. Call hotel direct for group cancellation policy at (866) 953-4483.
When you Check-in
- Please be prepared to show proof of eligibility for your rate (such as
a membership card, corporate or government identification card, or proof
of your age).
- Identification must be presented and will be attained during your stay.
Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed in most rooms. A $20.00 plus tax non-refundable fee will
be charged per day. Your room will be inspected upon departure by a staff
member for damages resulting from your pet(s). You will be billed accordingly
for damage found to your room and/or refunds issued to other guests because
of noise complaints or injury.
